Gotta find something easily moved that can cut it in bulk, first. I do not relish the idea of cutting back that much overgrowth by hand.

I dropped by the Garden Earlier. Looks like you've finished putting in the replacement bridge? It looks very nice :)

It's still temporary, alas. Some issues going on there with the structural integrity. Still, I managed to wrangle a Chiso and Nexus book pair for the arrival gazebo's podiums, and got those put in... I find it amusing though, that the library tree motif on the ground there has the book designs line up right next to the books. You stand on a book when you use a book! XD

As an aside, there's a third podium that's unused. I think it'd be a good place for a Cathedral Link, once I've given that place the final release. Maybe I can use that one book alcove for a link to the Garden too? We've only got the one book to Naybree, though, so we may have to swap things out if I don't write another link to the Garden.

Ah, so many things to fuss over.

That's a real shame, I like how it looks! Hopefully the 'real' bridge will be just as good. :)

Good on the books, though. Very amusing thought- probably intentional by whichever D'ni designed that podium, I'd imagine, given what we know of where the Garden was originally hosted, as an Age. (Which isn't much beyond it being a Library, admittedly.)

Yes, I think that sounds like a good idea for cross linking. Given the other designs you've had regarding the Cathedral, it's certainly in tone with that, I'd say.

...Ah, Calum, I hate to criticize your hard work but I think I accidentally broke one of the rope supports on the new bridge you built. :oops:

Love the new ladders and the view, though. Very good work!

*SIGHS* No criticism taken. I was afraid that thing wasn't sturdy enough. -_-;

I gave it a quick once over once I got out of Gahreesen. Bridge looks stable enough for now.

For those that haven't gotten a glimpse yet, here's a teaser shot of the link in area. ;)

Very nice photo- though your camera seems to have really taken exception to the light flares on the lamps. I don't think the glare is actually that sharp against the eyes?

Had a nice chat with Jules in the Pub about Naybree just a bit ago. I directed him here. *Waves @Jules whenever he gets over here*
